The 3105 aluminum coil (0.6–1.0mm thickness, 100–1650mm custom width, food-grade PE moisture-proof layer) is engineered for ultra-clean, condensation-free cold storage interiors.
Alloy: 3105 (Mg 0.5%, Mn 0.6%) → 15% stronger than 3003, yet fully formable.
Surface: 25 μm PE film + primer → blocks 99.9% water vapor, zero dripping.
Core: 0.6–1.0mm H46 temper → dent-proof, easy VHB-tape or rivet fixing.
Result: hygienic walls that stay bone-dry at -40 °C, cut cleaning 70%, and install 25% faster than stainless steel.
