Alloy 5052-H32: 2.5 % Mg → 30 % stronger than 5182, perfect deep-draw & weldability.
Hard anodizing + dichromate seal: 2000 h ASTM B117 salt-spray, zero pitting with E85/E100.
Custom wide coil + EDF surface: ready for tank half-shell stamping.
Result: tanks that survive 30 years of ethanol-blend fuels, cut 18 kg per vehicle, and meet ECE R34 & FMVSS 301 crash standards.
