The 1100-H16/H18 aluminum plate for advertising lightbox (0.7 mm thickness, 600–2000 mm customizable width, optional white PE/PVDF coating or mill finish) is the world’s most widely used material for ultra-flat, lightweight and cost-effective outdoor & indoor lightbox faces, signage and channel letter backs.
Alloy 1100: purity ≥ 99.0 %, best flatness & formability, zero orange-peel after tension leveling.
Optional coating: 25 μm white PE (indoor) or PVDF (outdoor 15-year warranty).
Custom width + protective film: ready for CNC routing, V-groove bending or roll-forming.
Result: lightboxes that stay perfectly flat for 20+ years, weigh 75 % less than steel, and install 70 % faster than ACM or plastic.
